Staff was nice, but my barber did not know how to cut my hair. Asked me what I wanted 3 times and then cut it far too short. Had to guide him through part of the process.

Kind staff, good effort, but ultimately a stressful experience and a subpar haircut. The barber didn’t use any water in my hair and showed me multiple bad stages of my haircut. I had to basically walk him through what to do with my hair. Maybe it’s just because they’re not too familiar with “white guy” haircuts but this was a disappointing experience. Again the staff was very kind but just didn’t have the skills to give me a proper haircut.

Walk-ins are not welcomed, called a head of time and was told that walking in wouldn’t be an issue, fast forward two hours later and I was still waiting. Another walk-in came in after us but was some how made a priority. Will not be back, will not recommend to anyone.
