Don’t go here they’re very entitled. I asked for square and she proceeded to place stiletto tips just because my nails we’re going to be short. Those tips are not straight they curve like a triangle. She got mad that I didn’t like them and refused to do my nails. She then refused to do my mother’s nails when the issue was was me. Very poor service. It’s the lady who sits on the end. Go across the street to et nails much better service.

Critical: QualityI got a full set today and it just looks bad. My boyfriend even commented on my nails and said that it already looks like I need a fill lol. I got a full set today and it just looks bad. My boyfriend even commented on my nails and said that it already looks like I need a fill lol. I know there are great workers there, but the woman I had was rushing. And after I had already paid, she told me the polish would take a hour to dry. Which would’ve been nice to know in advance. Critical: Professionalism, ValueI went here for almost 2 years and one day I had them to an OMBRE nail with Red the nails came out HORRIABLE they apologized said come back and they would do the next set for Free, they all knew who I was obviously and when I returned for my new set 2 weeks later they said they had no idea what I was talking about and they wanted to charge me, I explained the situation again which they were aware of and said they would not be honoring the free new set. I was so Surprised after they told me No worries come back we will fix it for you and tried to make me look like the bad guy when I didn’t want to pay because they had messed up my nails previously. Terrible. I called and made an appointment for 4 pedicures for a Friday afternoon, (on a Tuesday). The lady on the phone was nice and assured it’d be no issue. We showed up and of course the workers all look dumbfounded when I say we have an appointment. The salon was packed and my group of 4 had to all go separately. If it wasn’t going to be possible for us all to get pedicures together, they should have said so when I tried to make the appointment. I waited an hour and half. We were told we would be given a 20% discount for the inconvenience, which didn’t happen.

First time going today and all I can say is they treat you very good and I’m satisfied with how my nails came out. Even though they didn’t have the color I wanted they did something similar and I had never been happy! I recommend coming to this place! This isn’t my last time I come here

Worst experience ever. Paid $45 for my ombre nails that 3 popped off in less than 24hrs. I got them done Sunday afternoon and Monday when I was getting ready 3 nails fell off. The nail tech Kim said she’d fix them so I went in after work Monday and she replaced 4 nails claiming it was due to old glitter powder. Today Wednesday I had 2 additional nails popped off non glitter. I called the owner to get a refund since I was going to have to go get a whole new set but the lady who answered said we can fix but not refund and hung up on me when I asked if she was the owner. I called back and asked to speak to the owner (Ana) who said they’d fix my broken nails but not refund my money. Do not go here it’s a waste of money.
