Love this place they do an amazing job and very friendly anytime I’ve called or walked in. I’ve had gel manicure and pedicures couple times by Alice and Quinny they’re very detailed and last a while without chipping. My first time today getting acrylics here by Yvonne and turned out exactly how I requested. While I was waiting saw someone getting their hair styled and it looked really nice. Going to keep that in mind next time I have an event to go to can get hair and nails done all at the same time which is convenient. Overall great place seems like all the techs are experienced and talented. They’re always busy so be prepared to wait a few minutes (even if you have an appointment) however they’ve never made me feel rushed which is probably why there’s a bit of a wait and I’m fine with that.

Expensive & sub par service… $45 for a regular gel fill, the woman that did my nails was curt & careless. Sloppy polish job and she cut me (didn’t apologize), maybe other technicians are better but I’d rather not spend the money to find out… on to the next ♀️

I’m very sad to be writing this review esp since I’m a regular. However, I had an appointment for 5pm, I waited 50min only to be told it would be another 10 min. Then another customer who had an appt at 5:30 and walked in at 5:40 walks waits 5min and is taken in- meanwhile I was still waiting. I left and don’t plan on coming back. Club Nail & Spa do better, don’t get caught in a rush and forego your loyal customers. Maybe also schedule appointments better.

The lady who did my nails did a wonderful job; she made sure I was happy with my nail shape, length, color, etc. before moving onto the next step.It was $30 for a gel manicure (Caramia gel polish in shade 119), including a relaxing hand/arm massage. The stickers on nail paint looked weird. The nail paint job wasn’t done all the way through and there were blank spots. The stickers werent even sticked in one direction and it was present all over the place. Very disappointed with the service. I’m never coming here to get manicure.

I’m always satisfied when I have services done at club nails. They have a great owner/manager, staff, and everyone is so kind and friendly. The staff members go out of their way to make sure you are happy. I’ve had my nails done with both Yvonne and Nancy and both are so sweet and do an excellent job. Short wait times, relaxing and clean ambiance and the room is very spacious so you don’t feel your on top of the person sitting nearby Bc there is space. I’ve been to several nail salons and club nails is one of my favs!!

The person who cut my hair was nice. I told her I wanted my dead ends cut. Asked for bangs cut below my brow with tapered sides so that they’d blend. I was given bowl cut bangs and began to cry during my haircut once I saw what was done. I felt so humiliated by the way I looked. They were cut above my brow and so straight across. Even after asking multiple time for tapering on the sides I was ignored. It was my first time there and I’m trying not to be angry at the hairdresser but I expressed what I wanted multiple times before the damage was done. I feel so ugly. I have never left a review for any place ever. I feel so ignored. It will take months for my hair to grow back and be able to look acceptable. The left side of my hair was obviously longer then the right but she continued to try to reassure me it was even and at that point I was already too upset to even argue and wanted to leave. I feel so ugly and afraid of being seen in public with this haircut.
