I called and scheduled an appointment. I got there 10 min early, was told it would be about 15 min. Waited for 45+ min. There was only 2 workers (that I could see that were working at least). And when the women was done with her client she took her regular who had just walked in with no appointment. She was sitting there for 5 min. Me and my friend left shortly after experiencing this. It’s very disheartening that I call and make appointments for them to be disregarded. I don’t have unlimited time to get luxury treatments done that’s why I schedule appointments. After this happening too many times at SEVERAL different nail salons it’s made me resort to learning how to do it myself which really sucks because I was trying to find one good salon that I could make my go to place. You have proven to me that there are no good nail salons regardless of their advertising.

Made a 1000 appt and didn’t get back until 10:30. Talked me into doing a dip and gel match for toes and fingers and didn’t even have the matching color. Left after the pedi and will go elsewhere for dip. Quality of work was okay.

Our normal nail place was busy some decided to try somewhere new. To say impressed in an understatement, my nail tech was sweet, through AND told me exactly how much my nails would be before she started. She took her time making my nails beautiful! I told her the colors I wanted and she did something I normally would not choose. I LOVE THEM!!

The manicure technician was very rude to me every time I asked a question she’s side and sat back on her chair and gave me looks like her eyes could throw nails, I had to ask her three times what she was doing to my nails she was chipping part of the acrylic nail away and she would not answer me I had to put my hand over hers the third time and say what are you doing and then she gave me a look again as though her eyes could throw daggers and then she told me I couldn’t have my nails done the shape that I wanted because I wanted them cut too short I said I’ve never had problems with this before why can’t you do it now and she said well we all do things different I thought a nail salon everybody does the procedure the same way that they are taught for that specific salon needless to say I will not be coming back to this salon I was very unhappy with the way I was treated by the manicure technician and on top of it they’re manicure does not include cleaning around the nail clipping the dead skin off I’m sure if I would have asked for that they would have charged me more, I’m used to that being included in a manicure…Very dissatisfied customer

I’ve had good luck with getting my nails done and I really loved getting pedicures! The girls are friendly and good! My son paid for my pedicure for a Christmas night out and he got a pedicure also. My grandson and granddaughter were with us and wanted to soak their feet. So they said it would be $10 each and we agreed. They do not use any skin softeners in the water. Just water. My 9 year old granddaughter wanted her fingernails and toes painted, she said it would be $6 so I said ok. They charged my son $120 and I paid a $23 cash tip. $36 for 2 pedicures.. $48 for 2 kids.. he tried to say I paid $46 for mine because I got a design and my nails painted, my son’s was $36. So with my grandson was $92. $28 for my granddaughter who soaked her feet in water. Her toenails were filed a little, painted and a design snowflake on one toe.

I have been coming here for years! Always a great experience when the old owners ran it. Now, none of the nail techs are trained for design, ect. I ask for one thing and they did what they wanted and didn’t wanna redo it. Another didn’t even tell us he couldn’t do design and did what he wanted. I am VERY disappointed unsatisfied in what’s become of this place. ugh…

The staff is friendly, shop is clean & prices r reasonable…UPDATING THIS REVIEW…yesterday had appt 11:00 no problem day b4 whn I made appt told wht I needed. Also asked for a particular nail tech told she was on vacation (2nd time) get there low & behold there she is??? Alright aft pedi hoping 2 get her no such luck got Mgr don’t like his style & mind u there r ONLY 4 n the shop so why would u schedule 3 ppl @ 11 & u’re all busy DUH!!! Mgr starts taking off my dip yeah kno it has 2 soak a bit. I’m asked to move while nails r soaking bit now dude starts another client whose gett’n a full set of acrylics & yeah no respect for me or my time. Yes, I got upset & left not b4 telling him how rude tht was & needed more employees or better time management…as well as I’m done giving my $$$ for horrible service & if u noticed had been going 2 the shop over 8 months & so called Mgr didn’t kno me frm a bag of beans…this is my opinion but it was my last time!!!
