The staff at this establishment is 5 stars – bar none – especially two of them. I have dealt with them ever since I joined 4 years ago. They are very respectful, always remember my name, allow me to use other beds rather than waiting for extended periods of time when I come, and are very personable. I love this place! But the people are what keep me returning.

The whole tanning experience really let me down this month. I paid $140.00 for a month long season in the platinum bed ,which is bed #1, none of all the bulbs have ever worked this month. On top of that I’ve been coming from cotile lake to try and get a tan and am very displeased with club 360 . I’ve tried to file multiple complaints about the issue without any luck on ever getting a respnoce on a refund or anything,which hats a paying customer has me so upset and I feel very disrespected by it. I thought as a paying customer I would be treated better ,but I’m afraid its not the case. And I want refer any people to go threw what I have there on top of having a tan that only half of my body has gotten its so embarrassing!!!!!

Love beds #1 & 2..you will tan very fast using these. Highly recommended. If you buy 2 months upfront you get the 3rd month free. 🙂
