Three stars because I HAVE had good experiences here. I had been going for awhile with no issues, Nicole, the owner, usually does a good job on my SNS manicure. However the last three times I’ve gone I’ve left completely regretting coming in and spending more money at this place. The woman who did my SNS did a horrible job the last two times. It is too thick, uneven, and BOTH TIMES she saw that the top layer of my manicure hadn’t fully cured on two nails and let me leave. The next day the whole top surface looked shattered and it chipped away to look unfinished and awful. It’s honestly disrespectful and I’m so upset. I don’t have the time, energy, or money to keep wasting on this place to go back and have it fixed. She also took out a towel that had old nail clippings on it to lay underneath my hands while doing my manicure? So unsanitary and gross. I wish I could leave a better review but honestly only go here if you’re local and need a pedicure. They seem to handle that pretty well.

I’ve been going to Clover on and off for years and you really can’t beat it when it comes to price and customer service, both are excellent. My only issue was the seating they had for pedicures, it just wasn’t very comfortable. I just went back and was pleasantly surprised to see they had new pedicure seats and they are fantastic. Obsessed with this salon. Very clean. Very efficient. They accept walk-ins and appointments. From my own personal experience I’ve been seated immediately upon arrival whether I have an appointment or not. There’s a parking lot behind the salon. There’s a kiosk to pay and you use your license plate, you don’t have to put the slip in the window which I thought was really cool. Amy was who took care of me today. She is very very detail oriented and takes her time. You don’t feel like you’re being rushed out of the chair. There’s always several hands on deck everyday that I’ve come here so you’re almost guaranteed to be seated immediately. I am so satisfied with my service today and I can’t thank Amy enough. She took care of me today and took her time. Great mani/pedi today, amazing massage. Forever grateful . Paid $50 for a regular pedi and a gel manicure. Unbeatable prices for the quality of work

I made an appointment for a pedicure on a Saturday afternoon. The place was jam packed, I was escorted to a pedicure chair and left there for several minutes while they tended to other customers. When I didn’t want to upgrade my pedicure to a more expensive one, they seemed annoyed, rushed through my service so much so that she cut my toe and pushed my cuticles too far back. My toes were in pain after the service an and I immediately had to go home to put Neosporin on. Further, everything was old and they didn’t sterilize any of the tools (I saw her pick up the tools that she’d just used on someone’s manicure and start using them on me). I was hoping this would become my regular spot but I will not be returning.

I’ve waited close to three weeks to write a review. I believe most people when they go to nail salon is to relax, have a good experience, and/ or get away from the business of life. My daughters had mentioned that they had not had a good experiences in the past but I continued going because I had not had any bad experiences. Well, I did and it was really sad. First, as I sat on the chair the person taking care of me gasped when she saw my nails. I did have some gel nails from a previous appointment. I thought I had done something wrong but later I found out that they have the tools to remove anything that is on nails. I don’t understand their language but the tone of frustration was obvious and the looks I got from the staff was judgmental. The person doing my nails was dipping two nails at a time in the powder jar!

Over booked, felt rushed and very unkept.. I only went because of a gift certificate. They also didn’t change the water or the liner when I sat in chair for my pedicure. Thank goodness I didn’t put my feet in. Won’t be back and do not recommend it here. Pedicure

Walked in. Sat me in broken chair for pedicure. (These must be the oldest massage chairs invented lol) Waited then was told another customer came in and did I want to come back later.?!!? Said no I’ll just leave. Never had that experience ever anywhere else Will never go back. I

I was disappointed with the quality of service. No sterilized tools and my manicure had to be redone twice, but still left with issues to my French manicure. This was money badly spent. I could and will go to another nail spa (even with less services) solely on the sterilized tools and cleanliness.
