Jerrica was the lady who cut my hair and waxed my upper lip. I was very disappointed. She left a huge glob of wax on the middle of my lip and around my mouth. She also did not listen to what I wanted with my hair. I asked for a trim and told her I liked long layers so I could easily do my hair in the mornings. Due to her unwillingness to listen, I no longer can do that. She cut off quite a bit of length and gave me shorter layers. I also said that my “bangs” needed to be at my chin and she did not even touch them. It will take me a while to grow out all of these insane layers! I will not be coming back for anything unless it is a refund. I paid $55 dollars for everything I didn’t want. I will not be recommending Cloud 9 to anyone.
