Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI booked services for dermaplaning +a facial, & Brazilian wax+a vajacial. When I booked these appointments I was also offered a free brow wax. The dermaplaning was not complete, said she couldn’t do eyebrows, & forgot about the vajacial. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Critical: ProfessionalismWe tried to call to verify an appointment (google said they were closed on Sundays) & phone was answered by someone who sounded disoriented and half asleep (at 1pm). Tried to locate the facility with no luck using the 7033 Middlebrook address on Google. Tried calling back with no answer- mailbox full. Left a call back number. No one ever called me back. They charged my daughter for the full visit. I emailed them with NO response at all.
