I’ve been regularly going to Cloud for over a year now. Every tech is amazing. My dip nails are fantastic and the pedicures are always worth the price. The owners are wonderful, as well. I cannot recommend Cloud enough. I suggest making an appointment, but they do accept walk-ins.

Went for a pedi. The girl filed my skin instead of my toe nail then got nail polish on my leather sandals. She tried to remove it with polish remover which just made it worse.

I got a facial and eyebrow wax. They used soft wax instead of hard wax. The wax was so sticky that it got stuck to my cheek and wouldn’t come off with the strip. The lady then proceeded to try and wipe it off with a cotton ball which also got stuck on the wax on my cheek. She had to rub and rub my cheek to get the wax/cotton ball pieces off which irritated my skin! When I left my face was abnormally red and the wax didn’t even remove my hair! This was my first time coming to this salon and I won’t ever be back.
