I don’t normally get my nails done this frequently, however I’ve been coming here religiously for months! I highly recommend using the booking online it’s super easy. Every time I come in for my appointment everyone working is extremely kind, professional, and hard working. The nail techs go above and beyond, and I’ve never seen a nail salon as clean as cloud nails. The ambiance is tranquil and beautiful with their decor and often seasonal decor as well! I will be coming here for my nails every time. I highly recommend this salon:)

Always a great experience here. The owner, Betty, is very sweet and works very hard. Every other person who works here is friendly. This is the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to. Really wanted to love this place. Everyone seems nice and it’s fresh and clean inside, and very organized with polish colors. I had 2 gel manicures, and the second time my nails had grown out which I was thrilled about. The second time I went, it felt very rushed and they are always trying to upsell other services. After a closer look when leaving the salon, my nails weren’t angled evenly and I was left with jagged sharp edges- My ring finger was very, very angled on one side and too narrow, and half of it ended up tearing off 2 days later. I also have misshapen gaps around my cuticle from the polish. It’s really upsetting because now I feel like all of my nails are destroyed and I’m really disappointed about all of it.

On a positive note, the location is sparkling clean with lots of pedicure chairs. I got a regular manicure that lasted almost a full week! The areas for improvement would be the constant, relentless upselling, selection of “regular” polish, and rudeness of our nail tech. My girlfriend & I were the only ones there and despite another tech available only one took turns working on both of us, it took an hour and a half. In addition, I clearly stated I did not want gel, I was basically berated for the decision but held strong. I felt like they were mad at me the entire time, the tech was short and snippy with me, literally yelling at me at one point because I was touching my phone (carefully-which we all do!) I felt like the other tech was waiting for a “better” Customer to come so didn’t want to get bogged down working with us. Then, did not even get the 2 minute hand massage that is pretty customary for Mani’s. Definitely worth a try if you are getting a pedicure or Gel manicure, I have not tried those services and thinking they are clearly more their specialty & desired service. Bottom line: they don’t do basic mani’s it is only an option so they can upsell you to gel!

I started going to this salon when I heard about them in a community FB page that I belong to. The first appointment was with my mom and it went well although it took forever for them to cater to us. Then I had succeeding mani appointments which always end up for almost 2 hrs. For most of these appointments, I was being patient as I know how short-staffed they are and still came back for services.The last straw though was when I made an appointment at 5pm last July 28. I called them that I am on my way and will be arriving around 5:05 because of traffic as there was an accident in Hooksett Road. When I came in, there were 2 ladies having footspa and pedis done. Betty was doing a manicure to another lady. The husband of the owner attended to me and placed the gel remover on my nails.I waited for 20minutes or so for Betty to tell me to move to another chair, hoping she will attend to me after she is done with doing mani on another lady. Suddenly a mother and her daughter(5-ish) came in and asked if it’s okay to walk in. Betty said yes and asked them to sit in one of the chairs in the footspa area.Betty was still doing the mani of the other lady for around 30 minutes more. Basically I’m waiting for almost an hour already. When Betty was done doing the manicure of the lady, she stood up and went to the mother and daughter who just walked in and started doing stuff to the daughter’s nails withouth bothering to acknowledge me or tell me that she will attend to them first or what. To my frustration, I was giving her a look to see if she will realize that I am there and was there first. I was still being patient and nice because that was a child in there and it’s not the mother-daughter team’s fault that Betty is being unprofessional at all. without saying anything, I walked out of the store with the polish/gel still on my nails and never came back again. My point here is, if you have a business, be courteous and professional enough to acknowledge your client’s appointments. If you are short-staffed and really rushing to get things done accordingly, at least have the decency to notify your clients and give assurance that you will be attending to them soon. As one of the reviews here said, your techs are choosy and would just sit and wait for the “better clients.” Just a recommendation, if you want to stay and thrive, treat your clients well and be respectful of them. Also, I’ve been to nail salons around the area already and cant say enough good things about them despite them having more than clients at a time compared to Cloud.
