Saw the good reviews from other people and went in as my back was stiff. Definitely wish I did not go here. This was by far the most painful massage I have ever had and I am definitely in a lot more pain after the massage than before. I told her multiple times that I was in pain but she did not ease up and then decided to proceed with cupping therapy without telling me what it entails or telling me that she would charge me extra for it. Left me with large purple marks all over my back. Kept talking throughout the massage. Not only was this not a relaxing experience but at the end of it I had to pay for something I did not ask for and I am in a lot more pain.

I would have to echo a previous comment as I spent a good bit of time wondering if the therapist was licensed and knew what she was doing. I’m giving two stars as I wanted cupping and got it but the massage itself was unsatisfactory and I actually ended the appointment early due to the poor quality. There was a lack of massage technique in general, mostly elbowing my back and gluteus. I’m unsure as to why she asked what areas I wanted to focus on as this didn’t happen, I actually asked her to move on to a different area twice as she was so far off course. The appointment started awkwardly due to miscommunication and her walking in on me changing twice even though I voiced I wasn’t ready. She’s nice and this is located in a good spot but I would not recommend going here. This service was not worth the cost and I left feeling as though I wasted my money.

This was my second time at Cloud 9 and it was more amazing than the first. The first time I came I couldn’t turn my head to one side and Boa worked on me for an hour and I was better after that treatment. Today I was having shoulder and neck pain and Boa spent an hour making me feel amazing, she incorporated different techniques and I was so impressed. I didn’t think it could get better than my first experience and then it did. The prices are amazing, there are different massages to choose from based on the pressure you are looking for. I can honestly say I didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to go back!!

I have had multiple massages in the area and Cloud 9 is by far the best. The 60 min specialty techniques massage was on special for $99. It includes hot stone and acupressure and is absolutely amazing ! So professionally done with true healing qualities. Thank you for the wonderful experience! I’ll keep coming back for more. (To the reviews who complained about pricing, if you add something on mid massage it’s gonna cost extra. Look at the menu and pick the one that works best for you BEFORE you start, there are plenty of options available)
