Such a wonderful place with super helpful employees. I got a gift card for here and the staff helped me get the most for my money while getting such great services. I received a facial, and it was absolutely incredible. The woman Tanya. who did mine, was super attentive and really worked with me to get the most out of the experience. My skin felt great after and super hydrated. I also had a massage here and Eli really helped with my problem areas and really listened to what I wanted focused on and pressure. Highly recommend and will be absolutely going back.

Really nice massage. The place is well maintained and very clean. The desk staff is always friendly and accommodating but never pushing you to purchase extra or unnecessary services. The therapist are very thorough and offer a wide range of massage styles and services including facials and stretching. I’ve had really great sessions here with Tanya and Maya. I’d highly recommend a visit with them if you like a good deep tissue massage.

I love Cloud 9 Spa. This is my favorite spa on Long Island. I was there on Wednesday, May 23rd for a facial, eyebrow waxing and massage. And WOW, my face glowed, my eyebrows look amazing. Both the facial and massage were top notch. Maya did my facial. Lilly did my massage. Both were friendly, courtesy and very knowledgeable. From the moment you walk you until the moment you leave you feel like family. All the staff are so nice and friendly. It’s a warm atmosphere. I highly, highly recommend this spa. I have been going to Cloud 9 Spa for 7 years. They don’t disappoint.

This was such a great experience. My husband and I did a couples session and from the minute we walked in the door, we were pampered. The massage therapists are very skillful and put us both in a relaxing mood. The massages were fantastic and much needed. The pedicure and manicure therapist did an excellent job and made you feel like you were at home. This experience couldn’t have gone any better.

The Cloud 9 Spa on Queens Blvd Rego Park is an absolute delight! The staff is welcoming and professional; the atmosphere relaxed and pleasant; the treatment rooms warm and welcoming and super comfortable with padded heated tables, wonderful scents and talented staff who are very attentive and concerned with your comfort. From the moment I walked into Cloud 9 Spa, I was starting to feel at ease. The aromatherapy smell was relaxing and the staff was welcoming. I was offered a drink and sent to an even more relaxing area to await my appoint for a facial. Maya preformed my facial. She was on time and super professional. She assessed my needs and we both agreed as to how to proceed. The face massages that accompanied the facial were devine. I left feeling clean, refreshed and eager to come again. Great experience!

I love this place, I’ve been to many different spa and I consider Cloud 9 Spa one of the best places. The girl in the front is very friendly and polite. The massage is great and relaxing and I always feel rejuvenated after the massage. The decor is very nice unlike some of the other spa. Highly recommended. I’ve been to a bunch of licensed therapists in my time, but they all eventually just follow a timed-routine and I feel like certain areas don’t get the necessary focus they deserve. This was not the case with Tanya. SHe knew how much time to spend on each area and did a marvelous job. Not only that, but she decided to work on me for a few extra minutes because she knew I needed the work. Very professional, extremely nice and great hands! I will see you again!

Got here for my Birth Day. Our package included the massage, body scrub and facial. Im glad I had booked this because it was one of our most enjoyable experiences. All of the staff were very attentive and acted in a professional manner. I recommend this spa to anyone and we are planning to come back very soon.
