Several weeks ago I had a bad experience with highlighting at Cloud Nine, however the owner reached out to me and rectified the situation. I followed Jenn to Cloud 9 a few years ago and have been so happy. She is an amazing stylist and colorist and I get so many compliments on my hair. Unlike some other salons, the atmosphere at Cloud 9 to welcoming and friendly. Shampoo and scalp massage is the best. Definitely recommend the salon.

I just looked on the site to see what time it opened today and was reading all the great reviews. I feel the same way as all the other 5 stars. I have followed Jenn since she worked in Olney years ago. I always love the way she treats me and my hair. Cloud 9 is the nicest place.. I haven’t ever had a bad experience. Jewel is also a great stylist, my backup in the event Jenn is unavailable. But I would trust anyone there.
