I only went once before and really liked it here. It’s beautiful inside so I wanted to go back with my mom before our vacation. I called to make an appointment and throughout a 1 minute phone call I don’t know that I will be going back. Reminder- I’ve been to so many nail salons in the area that are less expensive but it ultimately comes down to how you treat people. I’m not one to complain so this is the first review I’ve ever posted on Google. The woman was quick and snarky with me as soon as I asked what times they had available for two people. They couldn’t take me because the worker who does acrylic isn’t working today. I said that’s fine I just need an appointment today for a vacation and she continued to ask me to come on Monday or Tuesday. Not much of a story to tell besides an unpleasant phone call… a very easy way to loose a customer.

Clean salon but very poor outcome for nails in both the gel pedicure and the gel manicure. Toenails never dried properly and ended up looking matte and lumpy. Returned to salon the following day and the man who did them said they were fine, denied there was an issue. After I pressed for other employees to look, one lady finally got up to look and she immediately redid them and acknowledged they hadn’t been done properly. The following day the gel on my left hand middle finger chipped off. This is only the second day after the gel manicure was done. I’m not returning yet a second time to the salon for this to be repaired. The gel pedicure was $50 and the gel manicure was $35. This doesn’t include the tip. I expected better results, normally a gel manicure will last at least 2 weeks or more without chipping.

I’m not one to review businesses, ever really, but this one needs it. They do a good job, sure. I made an appt for 11am, I was a few minutes early so I walked in and sat down. Not a single employee so much as ACKNOWLEDGED me. Come 11:30 they started helping someone who came in 20 mins after me. It wasn’t until I emphasized I had an appointment 30 minutes ago that they took me to a chair. I only stayed because I couldn’t get an appointment at my normal salon and my nails were awful. Won’t be returning.

Best place for manicure ever. I will not write a lot as it too much to write. They are just perfect in everything. It takes me 40 minutes driving but I can’t find better place. Love them Gel manicures, Pedicure, Foot massages

This is my second time going into this salon. Today is basically what happen the 1st visit. No appointment needed walk in welcome signs!!! I was standing in the front of the desk probably 40 seconds confused why that lady or man doing nails couldn’t welcome me in. I sat down….now it’s 10minutes from me sitting in your salon now your going ask what I want? Then tell me no waxing I didn’t even want to tell them I wanted my toes done because this happen to me at this salon 2 months ago
