They’re very unprofessional. They never stick to time. They will accept an appointment and keep you waiting when you get there. Has happened to me every single time. The only reason I still go there is because John does my nails well. If not I would avoid this place! And the girl they keep to handle customers is rude. I don’t think she even understands what customer service is!

I will NEVER go here again! I started off as a walk-in and they asked me to make an appointment to have my nails filed and add a design. I made the appointment and came back a few hours later. I ASKED the guy’s name as he wrote down the appointment so I knew who I was coming back to see. When I returned the guy, John, was with another customer. The receptionist asked me to wait and checked back regularly to let me know it would be a while. After waiting over an hour I was guided to a seat next to John who was finishing up. Next thing I know a lady comes over to complete my service. I immediately told I was waiting for John and the receptionist confirmed it. John then says he had NO IDEA I was waiting for him! If that were the case, why did the receptionist notify you when I came in. AND he took my appointment down in HIS appointment book!! When I was told I him what I needed done, he said he was busy and took my appointment. Otherwise I could have seen anyone as a walk-in when I first came in. Now all of a sudden I can see anyone after waiting all this time?! And other nail techs were taking walk-ins during my 1 hour wait!

Critical: QualityGot my nails done for my birthday. The supposed gel manicure on my nails seemed rushed, looked cheap, and completely peeled off on 4 of my fingers less than 3 days later. It looks like cheap press on nails from CVS that popped off. The lady giving me the pedicure seemed extremely bothered and barely massaged my feet for a few seconds, compared to the longer soothing one my friend got from another employee. Got my nails done for my birthday. The supposed gel manicure on my nails seemed rushed, looked cheap, and completely peeled off on 4 of my fingers less than 3 days later. It looks like cheap press on nails from CVS that popped off. (Pre-Covid)Got my nails done here for the first time and they are perfect! Exactly what I wanted. I had 1 hour on the parking meter and I was out in 55 minutes. They were friendly, fast, and it’s great quality. I’m picky about nail shape and they look perfect. I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted and it looks identical to what I asked for. Definitely going back again and again!
