Amazing!!! The experience at cloud 9 is above and beyond anything you will find. The education and understanding Nick has is obvious with his attention to detail and thorough consult. His staff is so welcoming and make you feel right at home. I’m talking the kind of place you would feel comfortable taking your mom to. Honestly I would not recommend going to this place for laser hair removal. All they care about is getting money out of you. They offer you products that you really don’t need but they say you need because your skin or hair type. They also try to say things like your skin may be too sensitive or something and you may need more treatment sessions or a more precise laser treatment. This location told me that they can’t guarantee 100% hair removal and with that being said it seems like they say that so that way you will need to come back and spend more money on sessions for the rest of your life. I went in to get laser hair removal done and was told that due to my hair type I will need a more precise laser treatment and that I will need to pay for more sessions for the rest of my life because they can’t guarantee that the hair will be removed. They say they can’t guarantee 100% hair removal and that noone can which is incorrect because I now go to a different Beauty company and they 100% guarantee hair removal. The place I go to now is Ideal Image. I told them about this place telling me I need a more precise laser treatment and they told me right away I did not. They practically said it was a ploy to get me to pay for more sessions. Ideal Image gave me their normal laser treatment which covers a wider area rather than smaller precise zaps. This treatment was what Cloud 9 Med Spa originally was suppose to give me but after just looking at my skin and hair they said I needed the precise laser for better results. Which now I know was completely incorrect. I have had better hair reduction with Ideal Image than I ever had with Cloud 9 Med Spa. Ideal Image is amazing and with the amount of money you will undoubtedly spend at cloud 9 med spa with endless sessions and products you don’t need you might as well spend at Ideal Image and get their Lifetime guarantee membership. They guarantee you hair removal and if the hair does happen to grow back over time then you can go to any ideal image in the country and get laser hair removal treatment done free of charge for the rest of your life! I paid $2500 for an 18 month session plus the lifetime guarantee membership. If you absolutely want the best results for hair removal I recommend going to your nearest Ideal Image. You will definitely get your money’s worth with them and you wont be disappointed!

My experience with Cloud 9 Med Spa has been EXTREMLY AMAZING!!! MOST DEFINITELY WILL RECOMMENDED! From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and welcomed, good vibes all around and not just another dr visit in and out. I really enjoyed going to Cloud 9 Med Spa and I promise you will too! I had a bad experience from some other laser place up in chandler promising me with as little as 6 sessions which then turned into another 10 more and more and more money and still getting little to no results in certain areas being treated. The inconsistency of having different girls treating me wasn’t ideal. I felt some girls did more than others. Some seem to not care or had little experiences. Honestly felt like a test dummy. Pain levels varied some days hurt more than others. I dreaded the drive just to have inconsistent service and little results, but it was already paid for so I had no choice but to stick it out and hope with time I’ll see the results I wanted. Cloud 9 Med Spa has changed all that for me. Just one visit I already felt and seen results, pain level was barely anything and easy fast and the service was outstanding! Cloud 9 Med Spa literally is AMAZING the location is convenient just a few mins away compared to the hr drive I used to dread. Always excited to see the staff all their beautiful welcoming smiles. Also their promos they always have going on is literally half the price I paid for amounting the same amounts of treatments which is a super plus. Cloud 9 Med Spa has forever changed my experiences and I will totally recommend them always.

The ladies are certified, skilled with knowledge in the science of skin care. They are very trustworthy, truly caring, and throughout my sessions, they became like family!!!
