First time getting a facial here and first time ever, glad I went to this place! I got the acne facial and Ericha did an amazing job! She made me feel welcome and educated! She told me everything she was doing and made sure it was comfortable for me! The whole atmosphere made me feel relaxed, refreshed, and clean! Cloud 9 Luxury spa did an amazing job on my eyebrows! Madisen made sure they came out just the way I like them and they look amazing! She was also very friendly and made great conversation. The whole facility was very clean. The waiting room had dimmed lights and soft music playing. Made you feel very relaxed and I already booked another appointment to get a massage and I can’t wait to go!

Booked another appointment with Erica for a anti-aging facial In September and I can’t wait! The spa itself is really calming and modern. Highly recommend!

The services are excellent but not cheap. The hydra facial cleans your face sparkling clean. The lymphatic drainage feels good too. I saw Ericha and she did a great job. The building is being gutted so getting inside the office is walking in a construction zone.
