If you’re thinking about coming here cause the “price is right” think again, this place has bad customer service, the lady doing the nails has no respect for her customers she literally talks bad about all her customers, she doesn’t even spend her time perfecting in the nail session she just does the whole manicure sloppy and fast. Critical: ProfessionalismI have always been satisfied with the service for my eyebrows from Jessica. I have been going to Cloud 9 since they opened up. I even sent clients to them & recommended them to my friend. However, the last time I went my appointment was scheduled with Jess & when I got there they told me I would go with somebody else. I allowed this because I trusted them & I know how good Jess does. I still paid & tipped even though I didn’t like the results of my eyebrows. Im not one for confrontation but i had to speak up. I messaged Cloud 9 Instagram & told them how I felt. They handled the situation well & even issued a refund although I did not ask for one. After this two weeks later like normal, I go to schedule my appointment & they tell me Jess is no longer eyebrows them proceeded to tell me they are no longer doing eyebrows at all. I had my friend try to book an eyebrow service with them that same day to see if it was actually true ANDDDD THEY SAID THEY STILL HAD THE EYEBROW SERVICE AND JESS STILL DOES EYEBROWS. I have always been satisfied with the service for my eyebrows from Jessica. I have been going to Cloud 9 since they opened up. I even sent clients to them & recommended them to my friend.
