would not allow a reschedule for a existing customer when a scheduling conflict arose without paying a 50 dollar cancellation fee. (appointment was on a monday so 24 hour notice wasn’t possible) their massages are adequate but ordinary. i am just taking my business elsewhere.

I have only had two massages here, unfortunately. The first was March of 2018 after major abdominal surgery. I was in immense pain due to complications from the surgery and went to see Heather. That massage helped my recovery very much. My second massage was June 2019 after I pulled a muscle in my back. Ashley did that massage and increased my recovery time by several days, according to my doctor. I cannot say enough good things about this business. After my first visit, I was recommending Cloud 9 to anyone I could and purchased a few gift certificates for the people I really like. The reason I have only had two massages here is because my husband doesn’t pick up on hints well and I struggle to do nice things for myself.

Ive had weekly massages since 2014 with Heather and she never disappoints. Her intensive, therapeutic training is none I’ve ever experienced from any other therapist in the past. I leave each session with relaxed muscles and I’m noticeably more mobile. Wouldn’t go to anyone else.
