I went to Wendy at Cloud Nine for a hair cut; my first and only time. She butchered my hair. I showed her pictures of the cut I wanted from numerous angles and told her I wanted it longer than the picture. She cut it shorter. Not only was it cut shorter one side of my head is 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch longer than the other. There are gaps also on the left side of my head. I also asked for my bands to come to my brows and she cut them half way up my forehead. I did not see what she was doing because she kept my back to the mirror until she was finished. When she turned me around I was horrified! I cried! Granted she did not charge me but that in no way makes up for me having to look like this. It is so short my regular hair dresser can not correct it until it grows out some. I write this so that no one else becomes a victim of this woman.
