Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityOne word – RUDE! Even though I had an appointment and arrived on time, I still had to wait. They had overbooked and were short staff. Wife puts this foil on my finger tips with nail polish remover and my fingers started to go numb. I am a diabetic so I removed the foil that had been on my fingers for 20 minutes so I could regain feeling. Wife starts fussing at me LOUDLY and puts the foil BACK ON! Once she started and finished my nails she left me to dry and went to work on someone else. When the dryer went off I went to reach for me purse and the wife starts fussing at me again LOUDLY to get back under the dryer. Again, my fingers were going numb and I was ready to go. The husband finally realized I was upset and came to inspect my nails at the end and take my $25 dollars. No apology from either of them. All I’ll say is this…if you enjoy verbal abuse with your service its the right nail shop for you! I personally will be taking my coins somewhere else. One word – RUDE! Even though I had an appointment and arrived on time, I still had to wait. They had overbooked and were short staff. Wife puts this foil on my finger tips with nail polish remover and my fingers started to go numb. I requested an uncommon type of French manicure for my engagement pictures. The person who first worked on my nails did not understand, even after showing her a picture. She halfway did one hand and I hated it. She could tell I hated it, so she called someone over for help. Then “T” asked me what I wanted and worked with me to figure it out. He stayed past their closing time to finish my nails. I left very happy with them!
