My experience with Janna literally restored my faith that incredible customer service still exists. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable yet catered to. Luxury without the pretension. I have gone my entire life without a facial, and now I am wondering how or why. I wasn’t shamed for not doing better prior, but offered recommendations of what I could do to move towards my skincare goals. The level of relaxation I enjoyed was remarkable. I wanted to take home her entire facial line, however; she encouraged me to ease into it so as not to upset my skin or waste what I currently had. Went in yesterday for a lash lift and tint for my first time & got my eyebrows tinted as well. The lift & tint didn’t take well on my lashes and when I called to ask about it they were AMAZING at helping me. Seriously great staff & customer service. Can’t wait to move all my beauty services here !
