I’m in the process of letting my natural gray grow out. I needed something different. I decided to get a perm, but was somewhat embarrassed to call. Perms, I thought, weren’t the thing anymore. I was treated so nice on the phone and after explaining what I wanted, they said, we’ll put you with Hannah. She’s awesome! I absolutely love my perm, and made a follow up appt with her in December. I will definitely continue to go back!

I made appointments for 5 of us to have manicures. All they did was trim, file and paint nails. No soaking or massaging at all. The one nail lady was so unfriendly. It’s like we were a bother to her. One lady was was talkative but did a terrible job painting. Only one out of 3 was friendly and did a good job. We were disappointed to say the least. We won’t be coming back.

I booked an appointment over a month in advance to get my daughter’s hair done for her birthday. The morning of the appointment they text me to cancel due to a scheduling error. I called to see what happened and they said the client that was booked in the a lot right before my daughter changed her services and was now going to take longer so they cancelled my daughter!! This is unacceptable and unprofessional!! My 13 year old who was supposed to get her hair highlighted for the first time ever was absolutely crushed!!!!

Haircut was great… Massage shorted me on time supposed to be an hour and 15 minutes but was about 50 minutes… They said it was to give you time to change your clothes but I’ve never heard of that before… But would go for a haircut again…
