I have curly 4a/3c hair and was nervous about the way things would turn out, but I loved the results so much. Heather explained to me what she was doing each step of the way, and actually educated me on the highlighting process as it was my first time going through it all. By the end of the appointment, I had recommendations on products that would work for me too based on the coloring I had and my hair type. I purchased products from both the Design Essentials and Paul Mitchell lines per her suggestions and after waiting my 72 hours I put them to the test – they worked great and I’ll be using them until I schedule a follow up appointment with Heather.
