This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a hair salon that I didn’t even get to get my haircut in. I made an appointment for 4pm arrived a little early and the stylist wasn’t there. Which was fine I was early but at it approached 4:10 and she still wasn’t there. I was assured she would be back soon and was just next door. I waited 45 mins and nothing. I was really looking forward to this and left disappointed with no chance to go somewhere else due to things closing early.
