My 4 year old son got his hair cut at Clips & Cutz. They were really good with him and did a fantastic job. I went for a hair cut and style for myself a week later and they also did a wonderful job too. They were very thorough with the cut and style. For the last 2 years no body has touched my hair since I moved to the states. I used to go to the same colourist for over a decade in my previous country of residence. I was nervous about trying someone new. I found this place on my google searches and the website was so easy to use and I made an appointment online. It gave me an option to include some history of my hair journey if I wanted. Which I did. When I showed up I met Rachel the business owner and head colourist. She looked after me and my emotions so excellently. (And it was a huge job with faded purples and yellows and old old over processed bleached highlights) she was helpful and professional in explaining her recommendations in the beginning even when I was so nervous. We talked while she worked. We chopped off a lot of the bleach damaged ends and she worked her balayage magic. 10/10 recommend clips and cutz. There’s a there barber too and another stylist they seemed to be highly efficient as well.

My wife went there for a haircut yesterday and Rachel did a horrible job on her hair. She told her I needed the long hair and I’m here just to trim the edges. Rachel said I think short hair will suit you but my wife still just asked her to trim it a little but she made it very very short. My wife even put her finger on her back to show her, like this is the size I want but she completely ignored the instructions and destroyed her hair. My wife was extremely unsatisfied with her service. Clips and cuts just lose a customer and started a bad word of mouth for future.
