My son went in for a haircut, told the barber what he wanted and he began. 30 minutes later, he had only done the sides and the edge up. He said “we only have 30 minute slots, so why take the customer when you know you will not be able to finish? Seems to me that they are ok with not delivering the service one pays for, which is stealing to me.

They were extremely slow and needs another system as far as knowing which barber you’re going to use and a better way of making an appointment, or don’t make appointments at all. Otherwise, you get what you get, but the barber we used cut really good, and I believe it was the owner.
