I had my hair cut once and was very pleased. However, I have returned twice only to discover that you closed early. Your online hours and posted door hours are different. In addition, I arrived @ 4:30PM on a Monday (3-1-21) only to discover that you “closed” early, yet you were inside with no customer in the chair. I left work early on both occasions, so my time is important too. Again, you do a great job – when you are open. I understand emergencies & unexpected situations arise, but this didn’t seem to be the case. My apologies if I am mistaken.

Use to like this place, had been taking my boys. Made an appointment arrived on time and had to wait because she had someone else in the chair. I ended up walking out after waiting over ten min. for a scheduled appointment! Why make an appointment time you don’t honor? They will not get my business anymore! Thanks Daph., Have a great day!
