First time customers and we will definitely be back! Both my boys saw Katie M. and she was more than incredible! She listened to what we were looking for and also made great suggestions. My youngest was all over the place (literally) and Katie didn’t miss a beat! She moved with him and gave him a great cut! The salon is super cute and kid friendly! We are looking forward to our next visit!

Cindy took care of my daughter’s first haircut. She did a fantastic job, shes really nice and knows how to handle little kids. Very comforting, and friendly. My daughter absolutely loves her haircut. This place is fantastic! Everyone who works here is super sweet and they do a great job. All of the staff is absolutely wonderful with kids. My son who’s 4 had his first haircut here and he’s been going here for the past 3 years. He loves it and Elise is his girl ! Highly recommend this Crystal Lake staple that’s been downtown forever – there’s a reason for that!! Keep up the amazing work.

Denise did a fantastic job, really!!! My daughters and I will be coming to Denise from now on, no B.S.. I am sooo thankful that I found her! I was very worried about how my almost two year old would react to her first haircut (she hates when I brush her hair). We went a little early to acclimate; they have a few toys and were very welcoming. Katherine was so sweet to my toddler and did a great job! My toddler loved having her hair cut and I’m grateful for a positive first experience to build on. Thanks Clip Joynt and Katherine!
