The worst experience anyone can have with their son, on Saturday I took my son to this place to cut his hair, my son helps a lot by cutting his hair and a slim woman with blond hair. she cut it off like this. I don’t think anyone wants to see their son cry for hours because of the burning in his neck. They should have more common sense when doing their work. I’M NEVER GOING BACK AND I DON’T WANT MY MONEY BACK.

5 months visiting this salon to get my haircut. Always welcome by the girls, and leaving very satisfied with the work they did. Also the price is the best, very convenient, I used to pay $20 for the same haircut in another salon months ago, and here is just $13 (as today 12/1/21).

My husband and my two sons had a terrible experience today with their two stylist. We been there before and Kim (who was not there today) is very good with the kids. The other stylist are usually good, but today they did not care to be professional. One stylist started to cut my son’s hair without putting the cape on and was very rough. I told her to be gentle because he was only 2 years. I was holding him and she would put the clippers cord on my face. My son is usually good about getting his hair cut and as I could tell he was not happy. The other stylist who cut my husband’s hair did not pay attention to hair cut my husband wanted. I asked her to cut it a little bit shorter and she decided to pass the clippers instead of the sissers right on top of his head and totally caught of us guard. This experience was not kid friendly and they did not provide good customer service. The hair cuts were not what we expected like the other 4 times we have gone. Very disappointed.

She can be dangerous with sharp cutting stuff. I told her that she didn’t do my hair as I wanted last time , she got angry and after I sit on chair , she started hitting machine on my head , it was literally abnormal move , I had to stop her , and request to not do it, then she stopped hitting and messed my hair.

Trying to grow my hair out and the girl gave me the perfect trim And still left it looking pretty cute. I was reluctant to use an off the path place,however I am so glad I took the chance. I was almost ready to cut it myself, I think that would have been a poor decision.

Although the people SEEMED nice, I went in for a regular hair cut and came out with a Mohawk. They don’t listen to you. Also, how disrespectful is it when they constantly talk in their native language, not that it’s wrong, but have a little bit more professionalism, people.

Mainly a barber shop not meant for women. I took my mom to get a trim, long layers, and a cut to look like grown out side bangs. They just chopped of the hair no layers and chopped off a piece for side bangs. They rushed. I’ve never seen a hair cut take 10 mins before.

Went in asking for an inverted bob with long layers in back…She cut me off as i was speaking and stated that she knew what imI’taking about. Ive had an inverted bob for years. She gave me a man’s haircut in back, it was so short that I could not put a curling iron in it. When I told her she cut too much off, iiwanted long layers, she said “this looks better”. No apology or attempt to make me happy. I will never go back!
