Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueVery unprofessional and poor quality experience. The MANAGER of this business gave me the worst full set job I’ve ever had. I asked for a GEL full set and she proceeded to give me an ACRYLIC full set. I asked for a short, natural look and while she cut the nail short, the shape was not fully buffed (the edges are quite sharp and scratch my skin when I move my hair). She also DID not take her time when polishing my nails, with the gel coloring spilling over to my nail bed and the side of my fingers. What normally is a 30-40 min job took FIFTEEN minutes because she was rushing, while taking a personal on call. When I told her that I was very unhappy with the workmanship, she continued to exclaim that SHE IS ALWAYS RIGHT and I AM WRONG. She did not try to understand WHY I was so unhappy with her work. My mother and I spent 10 minutes trying to explain to her why I was unhappy and she ends with “she doesn’t like me that why she’s unhappy”. I grew up in clinton and this is my SECOND time here, and I am will NEVER go back to this establishment. I was hoping to pay for two pedicures, one full set, and one manicure, easily $200+ worth of work and left paying $38 for a full set that I was very unhappy with, and going to a nearby competitor to spend my well earned money there. Highly recommend steering clear of this establishment if you value your time, money, and are looking for RESPECT and QUALITY work.
