Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went here with my grandma, mother, and sister for my sisters 15 to get our hair and makeup done. Let me tell you it was the absolute worst experience ever and a waste of money!! First of all they charged extra just because she was the quinceañera $180. The rest of us they charged us $60 each for makeup just to look like CLOWNS and WITCHES! I thought they were professionals but they obviously need to go back to school or get their certification removed! They are NOT qualified to this job! On top of that they charged us $80 each for our hair just so it can fall apart as soon as we left the salon. We contacted them and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Overall we spent about $800 in the worst possible way! Save your money and go somewhere else.
