Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy
$95 for 60 minutes, $130 for 90 minutes, $170 for 120 minutes It is the deepest tissue massage available. Massage is done using the therapist’s feet. Bars are installed in the ceiling to keep the therapist balanced on the massage table.		$95.00
Bamboo Fusion
The therapist uses heated bamboo tools to relax the muscle tissue. It is similar to a hot stone massage.
Fire Cupping
Added to any massage session. Similar to vacuum cupping. A flame is use to deplete the oxygen in the glass cup providing suction and then quickly applied to the tight muscles.		$15.00
Guasha
A traditional Chinese healing method used to treat chronic pain. A smooth tool is used to press and scrape the skin causing petechiae to form that dissipates within a few days.
Acupuncture Return Visit
Acupuncture treatment takes about 45-60 minutes.		$95.00
Acupuncture New Client
Initial acupuncture visit at a 50% discount to allow those new to acupuncture an incentive to give it a try. The appointment includes paperwork, and interview, diagnosis and treatment. The appointment takes about 75-90 minutes.		$47.50

I highly recommend Mandy at Clinical Elements for deep tissue massage. She uses a blend of techniques, including my favorites, ashiatsu and cupping, and she is great about communicating with you before and during a session to make sure she is addressing your needs and that you are comfortable with the methods she is using (if you are new to deep tissue massage, she will talk you through the different techniques and get feedback from you about what you are interested in trying, and she will introduce new techniques to you gradually). Mandy has helped me manage sciatica in addition to regular muscle tension stuff. She creates an environment that is both professional and relaxing.
