Positive: ProfessionalismMy 16 year old daughter Natallie had been complaining of severe jaw pain accompanied by a locked jaw (TMJ) issues. This poor child could not eat normal food. If we had steak I would have to mechanically alter it and corn on the cob had to be shaved. I took her to multiple doctors which was just a total run-a-round. We kept getting the same thing which was another referral and specialists that say she was to young for surgery. Natallie’s health was in jeopardy. Her weight went from 125 lbs to 116 in a short time and she was crying in pain on a daily basis. Matt is a personal friend of mine and I turned to him to help my precious daughter. I asked Matt if he could do Botox injections into Natallie’s jaw and he agreed! Booking an appointment was so easy and quick. When we arrived in the office we were greeted in a professional manor and Matt made my daughter feel very comfortable. He told Natallie what he was going to do and when he was going to do it. Botox injections for TMJ issues generally don’t work right away but as we were in the car driving home Natallie was saying she already felt a difference and within a couple days her jaw was completely unlocked and her pain went away. As a healthcare profession myself, I can attest that Matt Jones provided a high standard of care, has a professional demeanor and my daughter and highly recommended him.
