Heather is absolutely fantastic! I was so nervous going in for my first waxing with her and walked out feeling amazing. She explained every step of the way, why she uses the products she does, and even busted some waxing myths I asked about. I have sensitive skin and was nervous about reactions – I had no negative reactions at all. The one thing you cannot know for sure is where your skin is in the range of skin possibilities. The quickest way to get your skin turned around is to ask someone who has a ton of experience looking at skin. Heather is amazing at this, and she does not push products. She is all about slow changes. Also, Eminence is just a stellar product line. I have never encountered such a complete range of products that do exactly what they promise, and compared to department store brands this is excellent value. She was so kind, gentle, friendly and CLEAN (especially with covid protocols) that I was immediately at ease to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted. She did a phenomenal job, I was so pleased. Her pricing is amazing too. She recently did my eyelashes too and made me feel so comfortable through that whole process. I started going to Clever Skin during Covid and Heather immediately had me hooked! She was so kind, gentle, friendly and CLEAN (especially with covid protocols) that I was immediately at ease to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted. She did a phenomenal job, I was so pleased. She’s as lovely as she is talented and her products are top notch- they’re eco-friendly and smell amazing!
