I am really disappointed with how this company treats their customers. During my first visit with Aimee, I stressed that I have very sensitive skin and discussed the products I’ve used in the past that has caused an allergic reaction. During our session, I told her about the poor treatments Ive received from other estheticians and she assured me her company values their customers and will make things right if I experienced any issues. The very next day after the treatment, I developed a painful rash and I made sure to contact her immediately to which she offered to give me a calming facial. The day of the facial, I received a message asking if I was planning on making it to the appointment because there were other clients that could use that appointment time if I couldn’t make it. I took that as a sign to allow someone else to receive treatment because my skin was still healing from the rash. Instead of asking how my skin was doing, I received a very unprofessional text letting me know if I ever decided to come back, there will be a $50 charge for canceling within a 24 hour period. And guess what, after I let her know I did not care for her poor customer service, they charged me the $50 anyway! I understand you have to run a business but this is also my face that you ruined and instead of doing the right thing, you decided to be spiteful. Never again.

I was waxed by Alaina. She was a very nice gal, but not nice work! I left with patches of hair on my legs and wax all over, including my clothes!! Called to speak with the manager Amy, her attitude said it all. She did refund my money but didnt care anything about the situation. If something is done wrong make it right, don’t belittle a customer who trusted you with their hard earned money!! My money spends anywhere.

Aimee is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I trust her professional opinion and services she recommends/ doesn’t recommend. Aimee and Soriah are also genuinely GOOD and caring people. My skin is glowing and I take my 13 year old daughter here for facials due to acne. When my daughter talks to our friends and family about going, the first thing she always says is how much she likes Aimee, and my daughter is not the type to talk about how much she likes people There is a place in my hometown that performs some of the same services, yet we choose to drive 40 min one way at least twice a month for Aimee!
