I watched my nail tech “clean” the cuticle cutters with rubbing alcohol and use a VISIBLY DIRTY cotton ball to dry them. No other implements were cleaned before being returned to the drawer. Didn’t see any nail techs wash their hands. Didn’t see any of the gel curing things cleaned either. Left with a relatively transparent manicure with lots of bubbles/lumps. Very uneven. Very nasty. I called to make an appointment on a Sunday & there was no issue with getting an appointment, however, once I got there, it was incredibly rushed. I had a gel manicure done in less than 10-15 minutes with the sloppiest and most careless service I have ever experienced at a nail salon. There is gel polish all around my nail beds and cuticles. There was still dust on my nails and hands from getting my previous gel removed when the nail tech applied the base gel coat. My nails look like I did them at home. I will not be returning. Don’t waste your time and money here because you’ll likely have to turn around to go get your nails fixed somewhere else like I did.

This is my go to nail place!! I request Angie, she is the absolute best! Any design that I come up with all I have to do is show her a picture and she absolutely prefects my nails every time. I wouldn’t go to any other salon. They have great customer service and treat everyone like family. I highly recommend Cleveland nail spa (Angie) for all of your nail, waxing and eye lash needs. Reasonable pricing for high quality work!! The absolute best place to come.

This is the best nail salon I have been to! If you have any issues with your toenails you need to come ask for Tracy. She removed two of my ingrown nails & it did not even hurt! If you need a nail design you need to ask for Angie. She handfree the designs & helps you decide if your not sure what colors to go with. Everyone is very nice & the salon is inviting & very clean. fastest manicure i’ve ever had in my entire life which is a plus, but for the price and overall quality of my nail designs i could have done these myself at home and gotten better results. i’m not sure if i wasn’t clear with what i wanted but what i ended up with is not worth the price. there is polis and topcoat all over my fingers, the actual gel polish is already lifting off my nails and i just got them done about an hour ago. they’re nice nails but they look like a five year old did them, if you’re going to charge for the design on each nail it’s preferable that they at least resemble the reference photos that are shown at the beginning of the appointment.

I’ve been here before and recieved semi-decent service. My tech was Cho this time according to their jacket. I could tell when I walked in, there was a negative vibe but when Cho ‘greeted’ me it was really apparent and they just kept mumbling under their breathe the entire time like I did something to make them mad. All I got was a simple gel polish manicure with my natural nail, and they look terrible. Also, they kept filing away at my skin around the nails which really hurt and I now have mini-abrasions. As a veterinary nurse, I am constantly washing my hands and using hand sanitizer and all I could think the entire time was “wow that’s going to hurt every single time I need to clean my hands at work” and also “wow this isn’t going to last at all”. Cho also chipped my already not so great looking polish at the end after it was dry, obviously knew what they did and didn’t do a thing to fix it. My edges are all jagged, and just terrible.
