They do a great job on your nails. Get the gel polish you’ll get alot of compliments ☺. Only thing is they never vacuum their carpet which is sad. There was clipped toe nail where I dried my nails in the front part of the salon still there the 1st 2 times I went which made me feel uncomfortable and not special especially when you are there to pamper yourself. The 3rd time I went morning again carpet still dirty. Since I got gel nails I didn’t have to look at the filth again. This salon is great though because the quality of the job that they do on your nails is awesome. The don’t come off and you can get a good fill. I usually am a great tipper but if they don’t keep their salon clean it takes away from the relaxing experience and if I’m tense I don’t tip well . Vacuum the carpet Cleo. One more time dirty carpet in the morning and I’m finding another nail salon Goodluck my peps.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueJust went and had a gel pedi, and a fill on my nails and I cant even put into words how disappointed I am in this place. My pedi was semi decent. He didn’t massage my feet at all just my calf’s and after watching him finish my pedi I watched him use the same tools on the next lady!!…wth!?!..that made me question of the tools he used on me had been cleaned prior to me. Now my fill was one of the worse experiences I’ve ever had in a salon!!..my nails are not even and super thick! I kept asking the lady to fix my uneven nails and she seem to not understand what I was asking or trying to explain to her. I will never return to this salon and I sure as hell don’t feel bad for not tipping. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI’ve been doing my full set nails here for the past 5 years. I love it. I have never had an issue. I also get my pedicures here and the older lady is great she takes her time and she those a great job. I have never felt like they are rushing. I’ve been doing my full set nails here for the past 5 years. I love it. I have never had an issue. I also get my pedicures here and the older lady is great she takes her time and she those a great job. I have never felt like they are rushing. The younger girl did a great job with my daughter nails as well. I will definitely recommend Cleopatras nails.

I would give zero stars if I could. They have unlicensed technicians! I walked in for a full set, and the nail technician (a young lady in her twenties started working on my nails. I quickly noticed that she did not file my natural nails, and the acrylic was super runny, and all over my skin. I then started looking around and noticed that she was the only tech that did not have a license on the wall. When I asked about this, she suddenly started pretending as if she didn’t speak english, and Tina (another tech) overheard and stated that she did not have an active license. I removed my nails and left. I will not return.

I had a new full set put on and the acrylic next to my cuticles was higher than my cuticles, the was rough ridges of the acrylic around the edges of my nail beds, the nail polish is rough and scratchy and now after a week and a half one of my nails separated from the acrylic. They’ve barely started growing out and i’m EXTREMELY disappointed!! I’m NEVER going back there!

Friendly empIoyees very nice wait time is short they do a great job in accommodating walkins. I frequent Cleopatra Nails every 2 to 3 months Anna is very thorough with my pedicure she has always done an excellent job. When i call to make an appointment she has always been available for me. Its really nice to have someone that knows what i need done w/my pedicure & when i leave Im very well satisfied. Thank you!
