It was my 12 year old daughter’s 1st time getting a manicure. She had a bad experience. The job they did on her nails looked like it was rushed. There was nail polish on the skin of her nails. The place was busy and the techs were going between people.

Critical: QualityI had a set of tips put on last week. I was told if they break come back and we will fix for free. First of all I never had tips just break on me, but 3 did. I went back today to get them fixed and their solution was to cut all my nails down take them off. Charge me 35.00 for a new manicure and they are bubbled fat short nails. I called ahead on a Saturday and they were able to take walk-ins. The service and prices were great. I never felt rushed. There wasn’t much conversation, but that was okay because I just want to relax and doze off. My pedi and mani turned out wonderful. Also, I love the nail polish selection. I’d recommend this place if you’re looking for a nail salon.

DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DO A TERRIBLE JOB. I GOT A GEL MANICURE HERE AND IN LESS THAN ONE WEEK THEY BEGAN TO CRACK AND LITERALLY FALL OFF. THE GEL ISNT EVEN ATTACHED PROPERLY TO MY NAILS. I WENT BACK TO THE STORE, THE WOMAN TOLD ME SHE WILL HAVE TO CHARGE ME. WHICH IS RIDICULOUS, THIS WAS NOT MY MISTAKE IT WAS THERES AND THEN WANTED TO CHARGE ME SHE WOULDNT EVEN GIVE ME A REFUND. THATS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS NOT MY FAULT. THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. THIS PLACE IS DIRTY AND EXTREMELY DISGUSTING. Today was the second time I’ve been to Cleo and I hafta say that both times that I’ve been there so far .. I’ve left extremely satisfied. They’re very accommodating and I was even able to get a same day appointment for both visits. I’ve gotten 2 gel manis and a pedicure once and everything looked/looks great. They’re kind, clean and thorough, so with that being said .. I’d absolutely highly recommend this place. Thanks so much to everyone at Cleo!! =)
