My friend had a HORRIBLE experience in this salon. She wanted her hair colored but they did a terrible job and left patchy and only the roots took in the color yet they refused to give a refund. The LEAST they could do is refund her the money so she can go elsewhere and fix the mess this salon created in the first place. These people know NOTHING about customer service and treating people with respect. My friend entrusted her hair (all women know how precious our hair is) to these people and they not only failed to give the desired results but also refuse to take responsibility for their botched job and want to make money off ruining my friend’s hair. UNACCEPTABLE, it almost feels like they defrauded her. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place all together.
