Received my first treatment today, and it was very quick and efficient! Chelsy is awesome, she was very sweet and made me feel relaxed. The first time I visited I had to reschedule because I was using nair products a few weeks prior and the two ladies explained to me why services would have to be pushed back. Which I’m thankful for that the they took the time to inform me which let’s me know they care. The staff has always been friendly and professional, I definitely will be returning.

Had a great experience! I originally had my appointment at the Galleria location however when I called to let them know that I would be running late they promptly called a different location (the W. Holcombe one) to set a same day appointment so that I could still receive the treatment on my scheduled day. It was quick and easy and I will definitely continue my laser hair removal journey with Clearstone!

I finally decided to try laser hair removal and I’m glad I did. I was able to get an appointment for the initial consultation quickly, and got my chin treated the same day. The place is easy to find, free parking, clean, and has friendly staff. It is definitely not pain free but it only took about 10 min for my chin. Now I did feel like more hair grew a few days after the session, which I was really concerned about. I gave in and plucked (you’re not supposed to!!) BUT surprisingly not 1 hair has grown back and it has been a week. Usually my hair starts growing back 3 days after plucking. I’m AMAZED. I highly recommend this facility and will be returning!

Fast forward to my appointment, I had Olivia for my treatment and she is FANTASTIC! Took time to talk with me beforehand, explained everything very clearly, and made me feel so comfortable.
