I have been coming to Clearstone since 2017 (had to spread my treatments out due to moving out of state for a couple of years). I love how easy they made it to understand the process, book appointments, and the treatment speed. You are literally in and out within 20 minutes. They always have tons of special offers throughout the year especially close to the summer time. I tried getting laser removal in other states and they were extremely expensive compared to Clearstone so now I just make it a point to get my procedures done while I’m town!

I like this place. They are very knowledgeable. I didn’t know the only part of the body they DONT laser is the eyebrows so toes, bellies, ears, bums, pits and etc can all be removed. The laser process burns for the only second but you’ll leave not feeling a thing. I am lasering my upper lip and my under arms. I plan on moving to my lower part of my legs next.

The Cypress location staff is fantastic! Everything was explained in detail on my consultation appointment. I got the complete package hair removal, which are a total of three treatments from ‘head to toe”. They did explain that for some people, it could only take 1-3 treatments, and for others, it might take six or more. I am pleased with my results and going back for a few touch ups. Scheduling with them is really smooth and I like that they’re providing you with reminder calls and text alerts. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family and will be using their other services. I also liked how clean the facility is kept. That to me speaks volumes!!! All of the staff is friendly at this location but if you request a specific staff member, they are more than happy to schedule you with whom you request. Hands down…. they deserve every single of the five stars!!!

Started laser hair removal treatments back in September. Each tech has been wonderful. They are lovely, welcoming, experienced, knowledgable, and efficient. Started off with one associate, (2 or 3 visits), and she was kind and gentle, but seemed to hurry too much and I always felt rushed for the amount of money I was spending. I ended up switching to another associate, (3 visits with her so far), and she does a FANTASTIC job, taking her time and making sure all of the hair in the multiple areas I pay for is hit by the laser!
