Today was my first treatment at the Katy location, and I have to let you know about the amazing treatment by Alexa. It has been around 10+ years since I have had a laser hair removal treatment, and let me say the memory of the big first generation laser machines, the loud monstrous clacking sound as the laser engaged, the heat that came off the machine as it burned away, the multiple technicians that were needed to handle the lines and apply numbing creams…well let’s just say that was 10 years ago and all still vivid in my mind.
