I went to Shannon every month for a little over a year, and cannot be more happy with the results!! When I first saw her, my acne was awful and had completely shattered my confidence. Having entered my adult years, I was really confused why I was having teen-like acne. It was inflamed, lots of pimples, and pretty painful in some areas. I tried everything: serums, lotions, masks, hygiene tactics, etc. Nothing worked. I finally booked an appointment in March of 2021 and never looked back! Within 3 months of using face reality and seeing Shannon every 4 weeks, I was seeing results. And now after over a year, my skin is looking better than it ever has in my entire life. It’s completely clear, pores have reduced, and oil is controlled. I still get breakouts here and there but they clear up within a few days. Shannon was so wonderful the whole time too! I always came to her with questions and she answered them all. She was honest with me about timelines and what to expect. She was also sooo calming, I always enjoyed coming in to see her. Unfortunately I moved out of state and had to stop coming to CSA, but had I not moved I would have continued to go forever. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I have been seeing Shannon for regular facials since 2019. I struggled with acne for a few years and Karin gave me a great regimen to follow. I believe the clean products and consistent facials really improved my skin significantly. Shannon is super nice and very thorough with her service. My 15 year old daughter has been seeing Karin for over a year for severe acne. Karin is so knowledgeable and fantastic with my daughter.
