Was a loyal unlimited member since their opening and had no issues and loved the facials. The salon changed ownership and I’ve been incurring nothing but issues; rude front desk personnel, up charges without asking, and after requesting to cancel my membership weeks in advance they still charged me again. The facial was okay. It left my skin oily then usual but the real issue was the receptionist, i believe her name was Jasmine told you they only accept card payments which i paid for the add on an extra $10, and when i tried to tip in cash they told me they don’t give change after i had given a $20 and waited for my change. therefore i tipped on a card. Within an hour of leaving, my card was charged $200 so Sephora. I usually don’t say anything as it can happen to anyone but i know for a fact it was an employee from there because I didn’t use the card none that week until i went to that specific place. Its embarrassing for myself but especially the company to have people like that working there. The service there wasn’t the worse but it definitely didn’t give the vibe of “welcome, come on in”. More like careless.

I hardly ever write reviews, but I am just so blown away by the facial that I got here today! Caleigh was my aesthetician and she was extremely warm and accommodating. I told her that I was a bit hungover, and I swear to god this cured my headache and made me feel so relaxed. It was only 30 minutes but felt super personalized, I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area, your first service is half off with the discount code! So worth it!
