Beware and careful of this place. The deal you may get isn’t worth the harassment, possible leak of personal information or back and forth with Jami. I bought a Groupon for a facial service and made a account through Vagaro the site they use for booking and made an appointment. I received a text message from Jami at 6:50 am 2 days before my appointment asking me to confirm my account information because it looked like there were multiple accounts I had set up though their booking site. She then sent me the contact information of someone else along with my information asking which I one was my account the two screenshots included our pictures, names, email addresses and phone numbers. She then told me both pictures on the two different accounts were of me and she needed a picture of my ID to verify my identity on the account. The pictures did not look alike besides it being two black women the names, phone numbers, email addresses weren’t even close to the same. So for her to tell me that me and this other black girl where the same person by our pictures was offensive. I told her my full name and let her know which one was me. Then I sent the number a copy of my ID to verify who I was. After I sent that they told me both of the accounts were going to be flagged and online booking was going to be suspended. Also I would need to make a new account and book again. So I asked if I needed to find a new date to book or if I could get my same appointment. They told me it would depend if they had availability and she canceled my appointment. I asked why I had to send a picture of my ID to clarify who I was if it didn’t matter and my account was going to be suspended and appointment canceled anyway . Now this person just has a copy of my identification. So I asked how could I work towards getting a refund and the response I got was “ Groupon does the refunding. Since you use them all the time you should know that as of now I cannot help you or meet your needs. Please find another provider.” I had no problem doing so I just asked what were the steps to get a refund since I did not know. I then let them know they didn’t have to be rude and I would contact Groupon she then said she wasn’t rude. But I let her know it would be best if we didn’t go back and forth and stopped communication. She kept texting me I ignored these text messages. One of which they told me they were calling the booking site Vagaro they use and telling them to never allow me to make an account again on the site. This business/person is very sketchy and unprofessional they share peoples personal information to others, accuse black people of looking the same, and harasses people via text when they ask them to stop communicating with them.

Very nice clean establishment good customer service I had a microdermabrasion done and it only was about 12 minutes I had one done 5 years ago and it took an hour I’m not sure how it will turn out but I’m praying for good results

I was a little nervous going in because my appointment was only my second wax EVER, but Jami has a nice cozy workspace and makes you feel relaxed. She worked fast and I am more happy than I thought I’d be with the results! I’ll continue making appointments with her because she’s obviously experienced and does great work.

I would beware of this business owner. She cancelled 15 minutes before my appointment was supposed to start then tried to charge me a no show fee. When I asked her why I had a charge from her on the credit card I used to reserve the appointment, she had the audacity to defend it. When I called her out on her BS, she finally refunded me. Shady.
