Absolutely amazing work!!!! She free handed the designs off of a picture that I had shown her and SHE KILLED IT. Period. It was a great experience in general from the Bubble Pedicures that my man and I got to my manicure. Even the ambiance of the salon was on point. The whole experience was a straight VIBE. I’ll definitely be going back!

I really enjoyed coming here for a manicure and pedicure. My only complaint is that my friend finished way before me even though we were having the same services done. However, the technician was really patient with me since I wanted to do multiple colors so I do appreciate that. I will definitely be back and update my review as I see the consistency from visit to visit.

Very very cute atmosphere, clean and friendly service. The music was on point 2000 jams and the pedicure massage chairs were amazing!! I like that they have a loyalty cards ! I highly recommend getting a pedi here If you suffer from ingrown toenails . $15 up charge for gel polish but that’s standard.

I’ve been to a few nail salons around Winston and my experience at Claws was unmatched. I fumbled making my appointment, but the staff was so cool about it despite being incredibly busy. This is the first time coffin shape has been done right for me. The nail technician, Corrin, was very fun and made light conversation with my friend and I. She convinced me to go chrome and I don’t regret it! Thanks all at Claws Salon.

While I would love to leave a positive review for Claws, I have been reflecting on my negative experience and realized that I needed to speak up. I scheduled an appointment to receive GelX with nail art and, after perusing the Instagram, felt comfortable enough to select “first technician available”. I believed that the skill level of whoever was assigned to me would be up to par and trusted that the salon wouldn’t give me a technician who wouldn’t be able to complete what I had scheduled ahead for. When I sat down in the chair, I showed my technician the photo of what I wanted (taken directly from the Claws Instagram), and she affirmed that she could. Around 20 minutes into our appointment, she mentioned that this was her first month working here. I thought nothing of this, as I assumed that this meant her training was excellent since she was already entrusted to do nail designs.

I went to Corrine yesterday and got my nails done and I am beyond impressed! She suggested to do gelX nails instead of sns with tips like I normally do, and I love them so much! She really took her time and made sure they were perfect! Can’t recommend Claws enough❤️ Gel manicures

This is a 2 star because the man was very friendly and awesome other than that I would give it a 1 star! I had an appointment for 1pm and once getting my toenails done, I sat long enough for my sister to get her nails done then the lady tells me oh since you want tips it’s going to be an hour or so…I left! Regardless to say I will not be back there!

I usually do not give reviews but this one takes the cake. I’ve been here one other time and they did an amazing job. I went in a couple weeks later and had a different person. I showed them what I wanted and it came out messy, thick, and just not properly done. I had to take them off a couple hours later because they were horribly done. $65 down the drain. :/
