Called about getting a pink and white fill, and was told that they have a newer product that’s “higher quality” and looks the same. She told me it was NOT GEL. I was trying to find a new nail salon in the area, so decided to try it. She told me a fill would be $40. The product was in fact put on thick with a brush, then cured under a UV light. (That’s not a gel?). Literally, an hour and a half in, she was still filing down what she had applied and hadn’t even done any white yet. Not sure how that was going to happen. I told her I had no more time (my other girl does a pink and white fill in about 40 minutes). She called the owner to help, as she spoke very little English if any. I had to leave and so went to the register, with a terrible nail job that needed more filing and no french white. She said “$60”. I told her I had called earlier that day and was told $40, and she would not confirm. And my nails were terrible and not completed. I paid and left. Somehow $72 showed up on my credit card. My nails chipped off within 3 days and I went back to my nail place in Plymouth. She had to take them off and start over. It’s a shame, because this place gets great reviews – its a pretty salon and the owner seems nice. I really wanted to find a nail salon (and a hair salon) in Hyannis now that we have moved down here. Disappointed is an understatement.

What a gem on Main St! I went there for a gel mani and regular pedi. Sid did a wonderful job. It looks perfect. The salon is very nice, clean and bright. I will definitely be back!

Went for gel manicure, not hair. Woman not friendly, was very rough taking old polish off, cut my cuticles and made them bleed. Put more polish on skin and spent more time cleaning it off. All other salons put hand cream on your hands and massage the cream into skin. She did not and she charged $45.00 fornthis mess. Never going back. Only gave her a tip because she had her kid with her and I figured her to be a single mom.
