I have tried this place on serveral occasions to have my nails done and it is one of my favorite places to go because they always do a great job on my nails. I’ll show them a picture and they make it look like the picture but better. I am very satisfied and will return. I love the hot wax as well the massage. It’s a great way to relax after a long day. The only issue is not all the chairs within the facility work/recline the best but other than that it’s a great place for walk-ins. I would definitely go again. 🙂

The best! I’ve been coming here for years, and my grandmother-in-law, mother-in-law, aunts-in-law for years before me, and now I bring all my friends here, and they love it, too! Always clean, comfortable, consistent, helpful, and very reasonable prices. Above all, they genuinely care about their clients and their services, and have actually stayed late or opened early to accommodate.

I’ve been a LONG TIME fan of Classy Salon! They’re very accommodating and friendly. They have a great selection of colors and services, and provide consistently fab mani/pedi! I generally get shellac on my nails and am impressed by how long they last (usually about two weeks). They’ve also been really great about complementary touch ups, even though they’re seldom necessary. My mom and dad are converts as well — I must say, they do a wonderful job making my dad feel comfortable in a space that’s usually primarily women (he loves it)!

I was a walk-in and my pedicure wasn’t rushed. Paid $30 for a regular pedi, which is way more expensive compared to LA but then again, everything in the Bay Area is pricey. Enjoyable experience and friendly staff! Classy salon is the only place where I will get my nails done in Palo Alto! I feel very safe here during COVID times. I always get high quality manicures and pedicures (recommend the deluxe pedi) and the price is right. Great, friendly service as well. Strongly recommend classy salon, but call ahead to get an appointment!

ISABEL IS AMAZING!! For years I have been trying to get my hair to the right color and have been to numerous salons and every time it is just not right. I went to Isabel and she did a perfect job!! The color is awesome and was exactly what I wanted. She is great!
