I used to love this place. The set I had done before my mist recent ones the polish started to peel within hours of getting them done. I ended up getting them done 3 times because the polish would peel off. This most recent set I paid $105 for, and I was very satisfied until today, I went to work, and within 5 hours my nails started to peel. I have only had this set for 5 days. There’s no way this should have happened especially paying as much as I did for these!

This is usually my favorite place. Lately things have gone bad. I can never get my regular technician. The last visit last week which will be my last didn’t even last a day. After three hours my toes were still wet and smeared. My nails began chipping the very next day and three nails broke before a full week. $72 totally wasted. I will not return.

I am not happy with my nails at all…. they are crooked, bumpy, and very thick. They didn’t have the stuff to do the original design I wanted to get so I just got glittery pink on some nails and green on the others. The guy at the front desk said he was putting me with their best nail design tech. I would hate to see what the other nail techs do if she’s considered the best. I definitely will not be going back ever again. Oh yeah also she placed them so far away from my cuticles that even though its only been 3 weeks since I got them done it looks like it’s been a month or longer. DEFINITELY way over priced for really bad work.

I liked the way my nails looked after my visits. However I was constantly breaking tips resulting in my nail bed being cracked. Very painful!! I have been getting tips put on my nails for over 25 years. I have never gone to a place where every time I got my nails done I would have an issue with one cracking, breaking, Etc. Found another place and haven’t had issues.

I went on a friday so I 1000% recommend making an appointment since I did wait an hour + . I chose to get a full set which included an amazing neck and shoulder massage and wine ! Robin was very polite. Unfortunately, my nails did chip while I was waiting for them to dry after Robin had left and the manager quickly offered to fix them for me. I love the results.
